- Scrape hundreds or even thousands of reviews from Amazon – safely and kindly
- Process the text down to the most important phrases, eliminating noise words
- Splitting the phrases into their positive and negative sentiment
- Visualizing the analysis through bar charts and then ultimately a word cloud
